Question: Do we need to set up wordpress as a foundation if we are using yivesites?

You do not HAVE to use WordPress at all. However, many people want to be able to sell that site at some point and it would be easier with WP.

You can build an Authority Site in YIVESites as well.

Thank you so much, I enjoyed watching and learning! Super beginner status but you have made it very easy to follow. Simple concepts like this will continue to elude me for a while. I’m sure Will be back with more questions!

Glad to read this quote as I happened to build my main site using YIVESites. I enjoyed watching and learning! It opens my mind now especially about how to correctly build an Authority Site! Thanks so much Marcus!
